I am a prolific blogger - my main blog (LiveJournal) has about 5K posts over 6 years, and has received 45K comments, with about 500 visitors/day and 50K pageviews/month. I also write for a number of other blogs - so many that I need a page to list them all :). Most of them are aggregated on my FriendFeed:
In rough order of posting frequency:
Patrissimo's Peripatetic Peregrinations - This is my main personal blog on LiveJournal, frequently updated. Ranges from personal updates, whining, and fun links to controversial stuff like politics, nature vs. nature, etc. Theoretically the best stuff should be under the bestof tag, although I don't always use it. Gets 40K-60K page views and 6000 unique visitors a month (1K-2KPV and 200-650 visitors/day).
Twitter: Patrissimo - Short updates, also copied to my Facebook feed. (I occasionally tweet at Twitter: seasteading and Twitter: ephemerisle as well.)
Let A Thousand Nations Bloom - A group blog I started about competitive government and similar topics, related to seasteading, but broader. The general theme is one of improving political, legal, economic, and social systems via competition and experimentation in governance.
Seasteading - Main Blog - News and updates on my seasteading project. For more info, see the main seastead site.
Primal ApoE4 - For carriers of the ApoE4 gene variant, which greatly increases risk of Alzheimer's, written from a primal perspective. (I am homozygous for ApoE4).
Rational Poker - How to use poker to reduce cognitive biases and improve your rationality. I co-author this group blog.
PUA For LTR - Group blog I started about Pick Up Artistry for Long-Term Relationships. Very low traffic as I did not succeed in finding co-authors and it is not my main interest.
Tovar Friedman and Baby Babble - My wife and my blog about our son Tovar and daughter Iselle.
Less Wrong - I occasionally post on this "community blog devoted to refining the art of human rationality" (a successor to Overcoming Bias).
Note that the LiveJournals can be accessed via RSS by adding rss to the end, like http://patrissimo.livejournal.com/rss
Also, I share links via my Google Reader shared items, which can be found on this page, which also has an RSS feed.
My wife Shannon has a personal blog and a blog on life coaching and self-development
In the past, I also wrote for:
The Distributed Republic - A group blog on libertarian topics (used to be called Catallarchy). I contribute moderately often on political and economic topics. A page with only my posts can be found here. Syndicated to LJ as distrep_front and distrep_patri.
Overcoming Bias - A group blog about overcoming one's biases. The main contributors are Robin Hanson and Eliezer Yudkowsky, but I contribute occasionally. While I only post rarely, I consider these some of my best posts (certainly the most useful for other people). The material bears some similarity with practicing_life.
Practicing Life - This is an LJ community I created for self-development. Each week (approximately) I post an exercise for people to work on, and at the end of the week we review how it worked for us. Hasn't really taken off yet, but I have high hopes for it. And it's developing into a nice collection of exercises. (Currently inactive due to my time constraints).
Patri's Pictures - This is a currently inactive photo feed, but someday if I get a good smartphone picture blogging setup I will revive it.
No Treason. This was my first non-personal blog. All my posts.
And I would be remiss not to mention my loved ones' blogs:
